This website is built to collect as little data as possible: no forms, no advertising cookies, no tracking pixels, no fonts or scripts loaded from third-party services.

When you contact me

If you email or call me, I process the information you choose to share (name, contact details, project information) solely to answer your request and, where relevant, to set up and manage a business relationship. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps and legitimate interest. These exchanges are kept as long as needed to handle them and follow up on the relationship, then deleted or archived in line with applicable legal obligations.

Hosting provider logs

Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical connection data (IP address, browser, requested pages) to deliver and protect the website. This processing falls under Cloudflare’s responsibility; see cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

Cookies and local storage

The website sets no advertising or analytics cookies. A single technical value is stored in your browser’s session storage so the intro animation is not replayed; it contains no personal data and is cleared when the tab is closed. The host may use cookies strictly necessary for security.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, email contact@arochette.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data protection authority, the CNIL.
